Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging. For food safety reasons, tea products must be unopened and in their original sealed condition to be eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
